Q: I have a small idea, should I still come?
A: Sacred Heart Pastoral Council will collect ALL ideas, big and small.
Good ideas are SMART
S-Simple
M-Measureable
A- Actionable
R-Realistic
T-Timely
Q: Will all ideas be approved?
A: Probably not! All ideas are good ideas but not all ideas are a fit for right now at Sacred Heart. The Parish Council, the Staff and Fr. Chris will discern which ideas get approved and will move forward. Discernment will be based on the following criteria:- Fit with Vision Statements
- Resources Available
- Proper Timeline for Sacred Heart
- Feasibility for Success
Q: Do I need to RSVP?
A: To best plan food and facility needs, we would love to get a heads up that you are coming. www.sacredheartwdm.org/summit
Didn’t RSVP? Don’t want to decide until the day? Come anyway and bring a friend!
Q: I don’t have an idea, is that ok?
A: YES! Please come. You will have an opportunity to listen to and collaborate with other parishioners. You won’t want to miss this day!
Q: I have an idea but I can’t make it the Summit. Can I submit my idea somewhere?
A: The Summit is set up for collaboration. Please find someone to bring your idea to the Summit for you and represent your idea to the parish.
Q: Can I submit my idea anonymously?
A: No. You are Sacred Heart. You and your ideas are an important part of our parish. You are the first resource for your idea to come to fruition at Sacred Heart.
