Help Decorate Sacred Heart Church
The Art & Environment committee takes special care to create surroundings that reflect the seasons of our Liturgical Calendar, and enhance the worship at Sacred Heart. The environment in which we worship is vital to creating a space that promotes a prayerful manner in which to celebrate the Mass.
The surroundings in the church, with each change of season, adjust the mood of the participants. The changing colors ground us as we experience, once again, the life of Christ.
With each changing season, a group of members gather to decorate the church. If you would like to volunteer for the Art & Environment committee, contact Pam Douglas at (515) 240-3830. Watch the bulletin and website for decorating dates!

- Saturday, April 12th at 8 am for Palm Sunday
- Saturday, April 19th at 8 am for Easter
- Saturday, June 14th at 8 am for Summer Ordinary Time
