The Sacred Heart Family Ministry Easter Egg Hunt will take place on Saturday, April 19 at 9:30 am for children ages 0-10. Gather at the school grounds. The regular monthly meeting for the Knights of Columbus will be held on April 21: 6 pm Rosary, 6:30 pm dinner and meeting.

The next Prayer Shawl Ministry Meeting will be held on Monday, April 21 from 6:30-8 pm at Hamilton's West on Westown Parkway.

There will be a Sacred Heart Social Ministry Roundtable on Tuesday, April 22 from 7-8:30 pm in the parish center. Join us for a discussion of the social ministry work at Sacred Heart. Participants in the Youth Ministry mission trip to be held this summer from July 19-27 will go to Colorado to offer help for flood relief. Applications are now available. CLICK HERE to visit the Youth Ministry page for details and to print the application form.

The Senior Graduation recognition Mass and Brunch will be held on Sunday, May 4 at the 9:30 am Mass. The May Women's Guild meeting will be held on May 15. The evening will include a devotion to Mary (Rosary and music), a salad supper, followed by a presentation by Marilyn Lane on the Miracles of Medjugorje.

The Knights of Columbus will have a pancake breakfast on Sunday, May 18 from 8:30-11 in the parish center.

Sacred Heart Church | Palm SundayAt Sacred Heart Church, we celebrated Palm Sunday Masses on April 12-13. Thus begins the holiest week of the year for our church! Join us for the final Fish Fry for Lent which Sacred Heart Church | Lenten Fish Frywill be held on Friday, April 11, 2014 from 5:30-7 pm in the school gym. Attendance was great each and every week, and the volunteers worked hard AND they had fun! Don't forget to check the Lent page for upcoming events and additional Lenten resources for personal or family reflection. The Easter Triduum will begin on April 17. Easter Vigil will be celebrated on April 19. Easter Sunday is April 20.

Sacred Heart Church | Knights of ColumbusThe Women's Guild and the Knights of Columbus held their annual St. Patrick's day dinner on March 17. As you can see from the picture, everyone had fun! Michelle Mulherin, a member of Ireland's Parliament, gave a brief talk and sang a Gaelic song. Grace Mulherin from Dublin, Ireland, was also available to sing a native Irish song. The Knights of Columbus had great Sacred Heart Catholic Church | Knights of Columbus Pancake Breakfasthelpers for the Pancake Breakfast on March 9. The girl scouts and brownies pitched in to help dish out another delicious breakfast. The Knights host a Pancake Breakfast about once a month. Sacred Heart Catholic Church | Lenten Fish FrysHope you were able to join us for the Sacred Heart fish frys held on Fridays during Lent.  It was all a great success and the proceeds benefit the Sacred Heart youth programs. Our parish community gathered throughout the day on Ash Wednesday, March 5, to worship together as we prepare ourselves for the coming of Our Lord, Jesus Christ.
